Steps To Enrollment

Thank you for considering enrolling your student in Faith Baptist Christian School! 

We are looking forward to partnering with you to give your children the best education available!

Here are the simple steps toward enrollment of your child at FBCS

• Contact the school and arrange for a personal tour of the facility.

  • We are currently in our summer hours, which are Monday -Friday 9 am to 1 pm. If you are unable to call during those times please email the school secretary with a time and date you would like us to contact you!

• During the tour we will answer your questions about classroom size, teacher(s), curriculum, tuition and fees, supplies needed, etc.

• At the end of the tour you will be provided with an application packet which you may fill out at that time, or take home and return later.

• Use the communication link below or call 309.347.6178 and request an application packet be sent to you.

  • After reviewing the information, you may complete and return the enrollment form and request a tour at that time.

• Please also review the IDPH Health Requirements HERE.

  • Please take any required exams and have all forms filled out by the appropriate medical personnel.

Once all forms are received and initial fees are paid, your child is enrolled. You are part of the FBCS family!
